Finding reference to posted PuchaseLedger information

I work on AX365 FO on premise.

I do have a problem in verifying which journals are posted or not while on LedgerJournal4 form.

While we create our warehouse invoices it's ok since I do have connection to VendTrans and LedgerJournalTrans.

But after the journal with invoice is posted, Ledgerjournaltrans information is updated in a way that Posted is still 0, PostedDateTime is not updated and NumofLines is 0.

The rows in LedgerjournalTrans are deleted and in VendTrans the JournalNum is erased from the line with the invoice I posted in my Journal.

This leads to confusion because this posted journals lay as empty and they keep showing up in the not posted filter on the form.

How can I find a trace that this journal is actually posted or nor? I see the transactions on VendAccounts but no connections to journalnum.

I have nothing to catch in LedgerJournalTable that could exaclty tell me its posted or not. Right now I have around 100k purchase journals sitting as not posted while like 99% of them IS posted.

What about the Posted field in the LedgerJournalTable?

Just as I did write in the topic the Posted field is not updating with this kind of journals.

After posting the journal this field is still 0, NumOfLines go down to 0, and all the references I found are erased.

So when I open again this journal there is literally no data in it.

The reference in VendTrans is gone, lines in LedgerJournalTrans are gone.

The only thing left in LedgerJournalTable is that there is a Debit/Credit value but still it can be not 100% accurate because there might be 0 valued journals.

Ah, I see. When the journal is posted, the journal lines are deleted. If the journals that are not posted, do they still have journal lines? Logic would imply so.

Yes, when I create a journal and add to it a purchase invoice from invoice pool it creates lines. So LedgerJournalTrans is created, VendTrans get relation to LedgerJournalTable via JournalNum.

But after when I post this journal, LedgerJournalTrans lines are deleted, VendTrans reference is erased by deleting the JournalNum from its field.

So I'm ending up with something like a empty journal that IS NOT checked as Posted in LedgerJournalTable.

If I manualy add back journalnum to VendTrans by updating the table then in this journal the header appers again. But no idea how to do that historically since I don't know how to connect it back simply not having reference data.
