unfortunately I am having trouble with deleting my old work account. My former employer states he deleted my account, but everytime I sign in with Microsoft, esp. on my mobile devices, my 'old' account comes up. It's playing havoc with the sign-in process with my other private and business MS accounts as well.

How can I fix this? On the web, support suggests I should just sign in - well, I am unable to, so that is not helpful.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Is your question related to having an old account used for this forum? Or do you have some login requests when you open apps on your phone like Microsoft Teams?

If it is about this forum and you need to have the account closed, you can use the Community feedback and suppor. https://aka.ms/d365cfb

In case it is about using your mobile device where specific apps still have your old account stored, then I wonder if you have apps for Dynamics 365 with the issue you mentioned. Otherwise, you might need to search for your answer or the internet or another forum. This forum is about Dynamics 365.
