What customer engagement strategies have worked best with Dynamics 365 CRM?

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in hearing how others are using Dynamics 365 CRM to improve customer engagement.

Every organisation has different processes, but I'm curious to know what has delivered the biggest improvements in day-to-day operations and customer experience.

A few questions for the community:

  • Which Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement features do you find most valuable?
     
  • Have you used Power Automate to improve communication or follow-up processes?
     
  • How do you manage customer data across multiple systems while keeping it accurate?
     
  • What challenges did you face during implementation, and how did you overcome them?

  • If you were starting a new Dynamics 365 CRM project today, what would you do differently

I'd really like to hear practical experiences, lessons learned and any recommendations from people who have implemented or managed Dynamics 365 CRM in real projects.
