Error message from Adjust Inventory on Item Card

Hello,
 
I got below error message when I used the "Adjust Inventory" on the Item Card. However, I didn't get this message by using Item Journal for inventory adjustment. Why does it happen only with Adjust Inventory on Item Card not with Item Journal? How to fix it on Item Card or GL account? 
 
 "Select a Dimension Value Code for the Dimension Code Project for G/L Account 60900"

    Can you tell us if account 60900 is a profit/loss account which is not used when posting an adjustment journal? In an adjustment journal, you can provide your own offset account. If so, you need to provide a dimension in the journal, or you can set a fixed dimension for the ledger account.

    Thank you very much for the response! 
     
    Account 60900 is a P&L account which is used for inventory adjustment posting, a fixed dimension was setup in the ledger account. But the error message still appears before the inventory adjustment is posted. In other words, something is preventing the Adjust Inventory action from the Item Card. Is a certain setup missing?
