Access Restricted: IP Address Not Allowed

indicates that your Dynamics 365/Power Platform environment has IP-based access restrictions enabled, and your current public IP address is not on the allowed list.

This is typically caused by one of the following:

IP Firewall rules configured for the environment.

Conditional Access policies in Microsoft Entra ID.

Power Platform IP firewall (Environment IP restrictions).

Accessing from a different network (e.g., home network instead of corporate VPN).

This is not a licensing or Dynamics 365 permission issue. The error specifically indicates that access is being blocked based on your network/IP address. connect with your admin , its seems you environment is binded with company network IP's , you might be not connect with company VPN or accessing it outside the company environment or device.

Hi,

Your question is asked regularly on this forum. Usually, with new community member accounts stating being a Microsoft Employee.

As mentioned here and in all similar questions, this is an IP address restriction and needs to be solved in your organization internally.
