How can i add this permission to a user?

    please check:


    1. Is Change management enabled?

    2. What is the Purchase order status (Draft, Approved, Confirmed, Received, Invoiced)?

    3. Is the Cancel button disabled for all POs or only this specific PO?

    Did you tried to use security diagnostic option available on form. Ideally these three role must be ok, Also validate if these roles are modified by admin on environment.

    Hi,

    You can try adding these security Privilege to the role assigned to the user to the 
     
    • Maintain purchase orders

    • Cancel purchase orders

    • Edit purchase orders

    • Delete purchase orders
    Also 

    If you're unsure of the exact privilege:

    1. Log in as System Administrator.
    2. Open a Purchase Order.
    3. Go to Options > Security diagnostics.
    4.  Identify the exact Privilege, Duty, and Role controlling it. Add that privilege (or the associated duty/role) to the user's role.
